Eligibility for Returns:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns requested after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Skincare products that have been opened or used.
• Personal care items.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Lali Essence.
